To provide an accurate estimate, we invite you to complete our custom piece enquiry form with as much information as possible. Sharing details such as design ideas, preferred materials, budget considerations, and any reference images allows our team to offer more precise guidance. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your vision, explore options, and provide a personalised quotation.
At A Jewellers, we specialise in creating truly unique bespoke jewellery, offering a personalised experience from concept to completion. The process begins with a consultation with a member of our team, where we take the time to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements while answering any questions you may have.
Should you wish to proceed, a 10% deposit of the estimated project value is required. This allows us to begin developing your CAD (Computer-Aided Design), which will be shared with you for review and approval. At this stage, you are welcome to request refinements to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your expectations.
Once the design is fully approved, we move into the production phase, where your piece is meticulously handcrafted with precision and care. Upon completion, the remaining balance is payable via cash or BACS prior to collection or delivery of your finished piece.
