Solid gold, hallmarked

9ct to 18ct, never plated. Every piece is stamped for fineness so you can verify exactly what you own.

Stones you can check

Natural and lab grown diamonds, graded before they are set. We tell you which is which, in writing, every time.

Set by a specialist

Every stone is set and then inspected under magnification before a piece is signed off and boxed.

Looked after for life

Free cleaning, checking and claw-tightening for as long as you own the piece. Bring it in whenever you like.

Mastery is the boring part

Anyone can show you a finished piece. The standard is set long before that — in the stones we turn down, the settings we redo, and the checks that happen after we think a piece is finished.

Our team has been doing this from Hatton Garden since 2008. That experience is why a piece still sits right, and still holds its stones, years after you buy it.

The standard we hold

The detail behind the promise.

We work in 9ct, 10ct, 14ct and 18ct gold — white, yellow and rose. Solid throughout, never plated or filled. Every piece is hallmarked so the fineness is independently verifiable, not just something we tell you.

We set both natural and lab grown diamonds, and we are explicit about which a piece contains — on the product page, on your invoice and in person. Stones are graded before setting, and larger centre stones come with their certificate.

Once set, every piece is inspected under magnification: stone security, claw and bezel seating, hallmark, clasp function and finish. Anything that is not right goes back. Nothing is boxed until it passes.

Every piece is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults. Beyond that we are still here — resizing, restringing, repairs and re-polishing are all handled by the same people who made the piece.

Bring any A Jewellers piece into our Hatton Garden store and we will clean it, check the settings and tighten anything that has moved. Free, for life, however long ago you bought it.
